Privacy policy

Wafi Intelligence LLC ("Wafi Intelligence", "we", "us") operates wafiintelligence.com. This policy explains how the main Wafi Intelligence website handles personal information. It does not cover a separately operated shop or another site that links to its own privacy policy.

The short version

This site has no user accounts, purchases, newsletter signup, or advertising. We collect information when you send the contact form, and limited technical information is processed when the site is requested. We use cookieless analytics to understand aggregate site traffic. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Information we collect

Information you submit. The contact form collects your name, email address, message, and company name if you choose to provide it. Please do not include sensitive personal information, confidential client information, credentials, or trade secrets in the form.

Technical and security information. When your browser requests the site, our hosting and security providers may process information such as your IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device details, requested page, date and time, referring page, and server or diagnostic logs. The contact endpoint also uses an IP address briefly for rate limiting and abuse prevention.

Aggregate analytics. We use Plausible Analytics to count page views and understand aggregate traffic patterns such as visited pages, referrers, device type, and country-level location. Plausible is configured without cookies and does not build cross-site visitor profiles. Learn more in the Plausible data policy.

We do not purchase personal information about site visitors or combine contact-form information with third-party marketing profiles.

How and why we use information

We use information to:

  • read, route, and respond to inquiries
  • consider a possible business relationship or take requested pre-contract steps
  • operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the site
  • prevent spam, abuse, and unauthorized activity
  • understand aggregate site performance and usage
  • comply with law and protect our rights

Where the GDPR or similar law applies, our legal bases are our legitimate interests in operating a secure business website and answering messages you send, taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and compliance with legal obligations. We do not use contact-form information for automated decision-making or marketing.

Service providers

We disclose information only as needed to providers that help operate this site:

  • Vercel hosts and delivers the site and may process website traffic, request information, and infrastructure logs.
  • Google provides the Gmail or Google Workspace email service used to receive and respond to contact-form messages. The server authenticates to Google using OAuth 2.0.
  • Cloudflare provides Turnstile abuse prevention for the contact form and processes limited browser, device, network, and challenge information to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated traffic.
  • Plausible Analytics provides aggregate, cookieless website statistics.

These providers process information under their own terms and our applicable service arrangements. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of business assets with appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not disclose it to third parties for their own direct marketing.

Retention

  • Contact inquiries and related email correspondence are normally retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction. We may keep them longer when an inquiry becomes an active engagement, when needed for ordinary business records, or when law or a legal claim requires it.
  • The contact endpoint's in-memory rate-limit record is designed to expire after about 10 minutes and may disappear sooner when a server instance is recycled.
  • Hosting, security, and aggregate analytics records follow the applicable provider settings and retention schedules. We review those settings and keep data only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here.

Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us to:

  • confirm whether we hold personal information about you and provide access to it
  • correct inaccurate information
  • delete information
  • restrict or object to certain processing
  • provide eligible information in a portable format
  • withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
  • explain or appeal a decision about a privacy request where local law provides that right

Email info@wafiintelligence.com to make a request. We may ask for enough information to verify that the request concerns you. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. You may also complain to the data-protection authority where you live.

California disclosures

In the preceding 12 months, this site may have collected the following California categories: identifiers such as name, email address, and IP address; professional information such as an optional company name; internet or electronic network activity such as request and device data; approximate geolocation derived from IP address; and the content of messages you send. Sources are you, your browser or device, and the service providers listed above. We use and disclose these categories for the business purposes described in this policy.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through this site. We have not sold personal information or shared it for cross-context behavioral advertising in the preceding 12 months. We therefore do not provide a "Do Not Sell or Share" link. Where California privacy-law rights apply, you may request access, correction, deletion, or portability and may exercise those rights without discriminatory treatment. We also honor those requests voluntarily when reasonably possible even if a statutory threshold does not apply to us.

This site does not track visitors across unrelated websites. A browser Do Not Track signal does not change the site's behavior because that kind of tracking is not performed. Global Privacy Control signals are consistent with our existing practice of not selling or sharing personal information for targeted advertising.

International visitors

Wafi Intelligence is based in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States or another country where a provider operates. Where required, transfers rely on an applicable provider agreement or other lawful transfer mechanism. Privacy protections and government-access rules may differ from those in your country.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to this site, including server-side validation, limited form fields, abuse controls, and restricted service credentials. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Children

This business website is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child submitted information, contact info@wafiintelligence.com so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

Cookies and similar technologies

The current site does not set first-party cookies or use browser storage for accounts, advertising, or preferences. Plausible is configured as cookieless analytics. See our cookie policy for more detail.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the site, providers, or law changes. We will post the revised policy here and update the effective date. If a change materially affects how previously collected information is used, we will provide additional notice when required.
