These terms govern your use of wafiintelligence.com, the main business website operated by Wafi Intelligence LLC ("Wafi Intelligence", "we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Scope

This site presents general information about Wafi Intelligence and lets you contact us. It does not currently process purchases or create user accounts.

These terms do not govern client services, custom development, hardware orders, developer kits, or purchases made through a separately operated shop. Those activities require their own applicable proposal, statement of work, product terms, warranty, return policy, privacy policy, or other written agreement. If there is a conflict, the specific written agreement controls for that service or transaction.

Permitted use

You may browse the site, read its content, follow its links, and send genuine inquiries. You agree not to:

  • use the site for an unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its infrastructure, or another person's systems
  • probe or test security without our written permission
  • disrupt the site, evade rate limits, flood forms, or introduce malicious code
  • scrape or copy the site at a volume that interferes with its operation
  • submit unlawful, deceptive, infringing, confidential, or harmful material
  • impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation

We may restrict access or discard submissions when reasonably necessary to protect the site, our users, or our business.

Contact-form submissions

Sending a message does not create a client, fiduciary, confidential, employment, partnership, or professional relationship. Do not send trade secrets, passwords, regulated data, or information you are not authorized to disclose. We may use your submission to assess and respond to your inquiry as described in our privacy policy.

If you voluntarily send feedback about the public site, you allow us to use that feedback without payment or restriction. This does not give us ownership of confidential material governed by a separate signed agreement.

Intellectual property

The site and its content, including text, graphics, images, video, logos, page designs, and code, are owned by Wafi Intelligence or used under license and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may view the site and share links to public pages. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, license, remove rights notices from, or create commercial derivative works from site content without written permission or another lawful basis.

Wafi Intelligence and its logos are our marks. Other names and marks belong to their respective owners. Nothing on the site grants a trademark license.

Informational content

Site content is general business and marketing information. It is not engineering, safety, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and it is not an offer that can be accepted by using the site. Capabilities, examples, roadmaps, prototypes, performance descriptions, and possible outcomes are illustrative and may change. Any actual project depends on separate technical review and a written agreement.

Availability and warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free content, compatibility with every device, or that every statement remains current.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers, so part of this section may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Wafi Intelligence and its officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, opportunity, goodwill, or data, arising from use of or inability to use this site.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for claims arising solely from this free public website will not exceed 100 US dollars. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Third-party sites

The site may link to third-party websites, including a separately operated shop or media platform. We do not control those sites. Their content, availability, data practices, and transactions are governed by their own policies and terms. A link does not necessarily mean endorsement.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a formal claim about this website, contact info@wafiintelligence.com and give both sides a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally. Any court proceeding will be brought in a state or federal court with proper jurisdiction in California, unless applicable law requires another forum.

Changes

We may revise these terms as the site or law changes. Revised terms apply when posted with a new effective date. Changes do not retroactively alter a separate signed agreement.

General provisions

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These terms are the entire agreement about use of this public website, but not about any separately contracted service or transaction.
